Refund Policy

As the possibility of refunds are very limited please think over your plan before you buy any credits!

Refund for advertisers: If you are not completely satisified with the advertising service, or something came up because of you cannot spend the purchased credits/time the remaining amount could be refunded to that bank card that was used in the purcase, if it fulffils the following requirement.

• We can process a request of refund only in a case of unused/remaining credits if those were purchased within 24 hours from the request in question.

Refund for members(in case of purchasing premium membership): For these cases we do not provide any refund.
